EMPLOYER MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into electronically between the users (“Employer”) who wish to use the services on www.modelturkey.com
, www.turkiyemodel.com
, and www.devasamedia.com
platforms, and the legal owner of these platforms, Devasa Media – Yusuf ATAK (“Platform”), under the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE

This Agreement governs the rights and obligations of the Employer regarding membership, posting job announcements, assigning projects, and using the services offered by the Platform. The Platform may charge a commission on posted projects, and payments are securely transferred to the relevant members once the project is approved.

2. MEMBERSHIP CONDITIONS

Employer membership is free of charge.

Employers are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information provided during registration.

All information must be truthful and up-to-date. Providing false or misleading information is the sole responsibility of the Employer.

3. JOB ANNOUNCEMENTS AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Employers can create job announcements and assign projects via the Platform.

The Platform has the authority to monitor, manage, and approve the publication of announcements and projects.

Employers guarantee that all content in their announcements or projects complies with applicable laws.

The Platform may deduct a pre-determined commission from the payments related to the projects. This commission is applied after project approval and before transferring the remaining amount to the relevant member(s).

4. PAYMENT AND COMMISSION

Employers do not directly pay the members; the Platform deducts its commission from payments and transfers the remaining amount to the relevant member(s).

Payments are made via the secure payment system provided by the Platform.

In case of project cancellation or non-completion, the Platform reserves the right to retain the predetermined commission.

5. COMMENTS AND RATINGS

Comments and ratings made by Employers about members are visible only to the Employer.

Employers may not:

Share comments or ratings with members or third parties,

Publish them on other platforms or social media,

Use them for personal or commercial purposes.

Violations may result in immediate termination of membership and legal action if necessary.

6. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

The Platform processes Employer’s personal data solely for the purpose of fulfilling this Agreement and providing services.

Employer’s personal data will not be shared with third parties without consent.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND REFUNDS

The Platform provides digital and instant access services, therefore the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply.

Employers acknowledge and accept that no refund will be provided under any circumstances.

Membership or posting privileges may be terminated by the Platform if policies are violated; the Platform retains the right to the predetermined commission in such cases.

8. AMENDMENTS

The Platform may unilaterally make changes to this Agreement at any time without notifying the Employer.

Updated provisions become effective as soon as they are published on the Platform.

Employers are responsible for regularly reviewing changes; failure to do so constitutes acceptance.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content on the Platform, including graphics, text, logos, and projects, is the intellectual property of Devasa Media – Yusuf ATAK.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is subject to legal action.

The Platform reserves the right to use projects in digital and visual media for promotional and advertising purposes.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Platform is not responsible for damages caused by third parties or members.

Employers accept full responsibility for all actions, transactions, or violations made through the Platform.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved by the competent courts and enforcement offices at the Platform’s registered address.
