1. Parties

This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is concluded between Devasa Media – Yusuf ATAK (hereinafter “Seller”) and the user purchasing products, subscriptions, or digital services via the Platform (hereinafter “Buyer”), through www.modelturkey.com, www.turkiyemodel.com, www.devasamedia.com.

By accessing the Platform, the Buyer acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted all terms of this Agreement.

2. Purpose and Scope

This Agreement governs the rights and obligations of the Buyer regarding all digital products, membership and subscription types (individual, corporate, influencer, model, content creator, etc.), educational content, and service packages purchased via the Seller’s website.

The Agreement is valid within the framework of the Platform’s corporate standards and all membership procedures.

By using the Platform, the Buyer agrees to all provisions of this Agreement.

3. Membership and Subscription Process

Membership Application:

The Buyer provides accurate and complete information to register on the Platform.

All membership applications require Platform approval. No membership becomes active without explicit approval from the Platform.

Membership Types and Approval:

Available membership types include: individual, corporate, model, influencer, content creator, etc.

All memberships are subject to prior verification and approval by the Platform administrators.

Paid Subscriptions:

Paid or premium subscriptions do not become active until approval by the Platform administrators.

Payments must be completed according to the approved subscription plan.

Payment Methods:

Secure payment channels include credit/debit card, wire transfer/EFT, and other methods provided by the Platform.

Membership or subscription becomes active only after confirmation of payment by the Platform.

Subscription Activation and Duration:

Approved memberships or subscriptions are valid for the period corresponding to the Buyer’s payment.

Upon expiration, subscriptions automatically terminate; renewal requires Platform approval and a new payment.

4. Products and Services

All digital products, membership packages, and services on the Platform are approved, monitored, and compliant with the Platform’s corporate standards.

Products are digital only; no physical delivery is provided.

The Buyer accesses services in accordance with the Platform’s prestigious, secure, and corporate standards.

5. Payment and Pricing

The Buyer shall pay for selected products or services using secure payment methods provided by the Platform.

Payments correspond to the amount specified for the chosen product or subscription.

The Seller reserves the right to adjust prices at any time, with changes effective upon publication on the Platform.

6. Subscription Rights and Conditions

All memberships and subscriptions cannot be activated without Platform administrator approval.

The subscription duration is determined by the Buyer’s payment and Platform approval.

Expired subscriptions require Platform approval and new payment for renewal.

7. Withdrawal and Refund Policy

The Buyer does not have the right of withdrawal for digital products or subscriptions.

All subscription payments and membership fees are non-refundable.

Cancellation of membership does not entitle the Buyer to any refund of previous payments.

The Seller retains the right to use content uploaded by the Buyer (photos, videos, biography, etc.) for promotional, advertising, and archival purposes, even if the account is terminated.

8. Privacy and Personal Data Protection

Personal data provided by the Buyer will be processed securely by Devasa Media – Yusuf ATAK in compliance with Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and applicable legislation.

The Buyer declares that all information provided is accurate and complete, and consents to processing of personal data necessary for service delivery.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Platform (graphics, texts, software, logos, etc.) is owned by the Seller and protected under intellectual property laws.

The Buyer may only use content accessed on the Platform for personal purposes.

Any reproduction, distribution, copying, sale, or unauthorized use of content without Seller consent is prohibited.

Violation of these rights may result in legal and penal actions by the Seller.

10. Amendments to the Agreement

The Seller reserves the right to unilaterally amend this Agreement.

Amendments are effective immediately upon publication on the Platform.

The Buyer is responsible for regularly reviewing changes; silence or continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the amendments.

11. Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

For any disputes arising between the Parties, courts and enforcement offices in Ankara, Turkey shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Effective Date

By electronically accepting this Agreement, the Buyer acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to all provisions.

This Agreement becomes effective on the date of digital acceptance.

The Seller may update this Agreement at any time; updated versions become effective immediately upon publication on the Platform.
